FAQ SECTION:

 Where are classes held?  Classes are held outside April-November, right here in Hopkinton. During the colder months, we are located in an indoor studio at the same location.

How do I sign up? Email me directly! Suesbackyardyoga@gmail.com and I will register you!

Is this class good for beginners? Yes! This class indeed is designed  for beginner and intermediate yogis. It is a safe, alignment based practice that is welcoming to all levels.

How do I pay? Pre payment is appreciated. Classes are $18 and 75 minutes. Discounted class packages are also available if the classes are a good fit for you.

How do I access the schedule? The schedule is posted monthly on this website and IG. It changes every month. Classes are generally during the day and at noontime. Class offerings are 2-3 times a week.

What happens if I have to cancel a class that I reserved? Life happens, we know and we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if  you have to cancel. Then we can offer the mat to someone on the waitlist . The space is limited and often fully booked. We do generally offer a credit if you cancel. If we don’t have enough notice we may ask for payment. Thank you for your understanding.

Tuesday June 2nd 4pm-5pm Special time for an hour long Yin class. Slow paced meditative style- focusing on long held passive floor poses-(typically held 3-5 minutes) to target deep connective tissues and and joints, rather than muscles

For all other classes-Join this 75-minute, relaxing indoor/outdoor (in the warmer months) experience right here in Hopkinton. This is yoga as it’s supposed to be: relaxed, supportive, focused, rejuvenating, and internal. This isn’t competitive yoga - this is about you and building a connection with yourself, that can help you find peace on and off the mat.

Single classes are $18. Discounted class packages are available. 10 classes for $150 and 5 classes for $85. Please arrive early to park and set up your space for your practice.

Grounded Calm and Radiant

Her 60 minute yoga/exercise experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength-both physically and mentally. Through intentional movement breath and moments of reflection, we will explore how strength isn’t just something you build in your muscles, but something you cultivate in your mindset. As a fitness instructor, author of Pray for the Bear, and Breast Cancer survivor, Carly has experienced firsthand how movement can help us reconnect to our resilience during life’s hardest moments.
