This is a judgment-free place to learn, practice and connect with your inner wisdom. We've had many early in their practice share how safe this space feels.

Our space is limited and often fully booked. Life happens, we know, and sometimes you can't make a class you had reserved. We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone on our waitlist. If we don't have enough notice to fill the mat (24 hours),  we may ask for payment. Thank you for your understanding.

For all other classes-Join this 75-minute, relaxing indoor/outdoor (in the warmer months) experience right here in Hopkinton. This is yoga as it’s supposed to be: relaxed, supportive, focused, rejuvenating, and internal. This isn’t competitive yoga - this is about you and building a connection with yourself, that can help you find peace on and off the mat.

Single classes are $18. Discounted class packages are available. 10 classes for $150 and 5 classes for $85. Please arrive early to park and set up your space for your practice.

Grounded Calm and Radiant

Announcing a Workshop featuring the One and Only Carly Fauth on May 1st at noontime. Check out her website FitFunCarly! Listen to her podcast: Fit in Fitness. Movement truly is medicine!!!

This 60 minute yoga experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength-both physically and mentally. Through intentional movement breath and moments of reflection, we will explore how strength isn’t just something you build in your muscles, but something you cultivate in your mindset. As a fitness instructor, author of Pray for the Bear, and Breast Cancer survivor, Carly has experienced firsthand how movement can help us reconnect to our resilience during life’s hardest moments. Rain date is May 8th. Workshop is $30 , pre payment is appreciated to reserve your spot.
